Event Transfer / Refund Options

With the cancellation of numerous GSL Tournaments events, we wanted to provide some options for your team(s) to accommodate the situation.


1.) Transfer ENTIRE entry fee to one of the below 2020 GSL events.  **All transfers are dependent on the availability of new event choice.**

  • 4th Annual Carson Styron Memorial | Jul 11th - Jul 12th
  • 6th Annual Summer Slam | Jul 18th - Jul 19th
  • 4th Annual Summer Celebration | Jul 25th - Jul 26th
  • 4th Annual Breast Cancer Tournament | Aug 1st-2nd
  • 4th Annual #EarnIt Tournament | Aug 8th-9th
  • 4th Annual Our Sister's House | Aug 15th-16th
  • 5th Annual PNW Futures Games | Aug 22nd-23rd
  • GSL/WCP Regional Championships | Aug 28th-30th
  • Labor Day Championships | Sep 5th-7th


2.) Refund Entry Fee Immediately: A refund of your entry fee(s) will be immediately issued less the $200 admin fee per the GSL refund policy


3.) Refund entry fee, but hold funds until August 1st, 2020: A refund of your entry fees will be issued after August 1, 2020, less a $100 admin fee.

NOTE: If you would like to choose different options for separate events (i.e. transfer Shamrock Classic, refund April Bash), you will need to submit a separate entry/request for each transfer/refund type.
